What do you actually deliver at the end of the process?+
It depends on the package you choose — typically a written roadmap or presentation covering process mapping, priority order and concrete first steps.
Do you also build the implementation after the advisory phase?+
If you want, yes — our Systems team can take the resulting roadmap and build it. If you'd rather take the roadmap and run with your own team, that works too.
Is this suitable for small businesses, or only large companies?+

How is payment structured?+
40% at kickoff, 30% at the midpoint, 30% at delivery. Invoiced in TRY or EUR, to Turkish or EU bank accounts.
